Use the sliding scales to register the importance you place on each of the attributes for your network. The scales range from 1 to 100, where 1 is of some importance and 100 is of utmost critical importance. The scale automatically defaults to 50 for each attribute chosen.

Service Providers may simply click ‘Market Importance’ to generate overview charts showing their comparative performance on ‘what matters most to buyers’

After you have selected your purchase criteria, weighted these according to their importance and hit    a list of IP VPN operators will appear. Tick the boxes to select the operators you would like to compare on your top purchase criteria and your importance weight. You may select a maximum of 5 operators.

After clicking chart will appear evaluating your chosen operators against your defined purchase criteria and weighted importance.

The customer satisfaction index (CSI) for your chosen operators tells you how satisfied users are overall for your total set of important purchase criteria. You may choose to print, save or delete the chart

Now moving on to the final category, Provider Profiles. In this section you can find out how any TWO operators compare on each one the service attributes you selected when you defined your top importance purchase criteria.
